Ellen (Garbett) Stevens

Ellen (Garbett) Stevens, age 72 on Thursday December 23, 2021 of Slippery Rock, PA passed peacefully with her family by her side. She was a wonderful mother, wife, and grandmother.  She graduated from Carrick High School. She received her Associates Degrees in Accounting and Computer Science from Butler County Community College. She was very involved in several brain injury awareness programs. She loved spending time with friends at camp in the summer. She just loved having her family and friends around her and brightened every room she walked into. 

Wife of the late Gerald W. Stevens.
Daughter of the late Virginia M. Zimmer.

Beloved mother of John & (Wife) Angel Stevens, Victor Stevens and Marvin Stevens.

Cherished grandmother of Scott, Vicki, Ali, Mackenzie, Samantha, Anthony, Amanda, and Daphne.

Loving Great Grandmother of Natalie, Paisley, Riley, and Jude.

Sister of William Thomas (Sharon) Garbett, Duane Garbett, and Vaughn Garbett.

Family and received December 29, 2021 Wednesday from 2-4 PM & 6-8 PM at the Readshaw Funeral Home, Inc. 1503 Brownsville Road Carrick. A Funeral Service will be held Thursday at 11 AM in the Linway United Presbyterian Church 600 Lincoln Highway North Versailles PA 15137.  (Everyone Please Meet at the Church)

Interment Jefferson Memorial Park Cemetery.
