Walter W. "Walt"  Gaffney, III age 65, on Wednesday March 22, 2017 of Carrick.
Beloved Husband of the late Mary E. (McGinley) Gaffney.
Loving Father of Colleen Gaffney (Joseph Pagano).
Brother of Victoria Gaffney, Claudia Trischler (Bob McGlothlin), Barbara Gaffney-Hochendoner (Dave), and Alice Dettorre (Phil).
Companion of Dee O'Hara.
Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Walter was a member of the United States Air Force and served in the Vietnam War.
Friends received Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Readshaw Funeral Home, Inc. 1503 Brownsville Road Carrick where  Funeral Prayers will be held on Monday at 10 AM.         
In lieu of flowers family requests donations to Animal Rescue League 6620 Hamilton Avenue Pittsburgh, PA 15206.
